Getting to know you...

Hi ladies!

Welcome to our month of L.O.V.E!!!
One of the most powerful emotions and attributes in the world! Love summarises the instructions of God to us here on earth. We are to LOVE the Lord our God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. Also, you shall love your neighbour as yourself (Mark 12:30 - 31).

God is so particular about the way we love Him and the way we love one another. The way we show love is also an important aspect that should be given attention..

We acknowledge that it is difficult to LOVE who you do not know. Even the bible accedes to the fact that it is not practical to say that you love God that you do not see when you cannot love your brother (or sister) that you see! (1John 4:20)

We have been praying for and with one another as sisters for over a year and many of us do not really know who we are agreeing with in prayer, apart from their names (and prayer points! :-)

To rectify this, we would like to ask EVERY woman who has ever prayed with other ladies during any monthly prayer session to please introduce themselves in the comment box!

    Hi Ladies.... It's a pleasure meeting you all!

    1. My full name is Bodam Olakemi Abiodun Taiwo... For the sake of our friendship, please only ever call me BODAM! Thank you! :D Nick-names: Bo-Bo (Thanks to Funky Mama and a whole range of my friends), Blom Blom (Thanks to Aide), Small Madam (Thanks to Kemi) and a whole range of animals e.g peacock, penguin etc(Thanks to Miss Thompson!). I am currently in a relationship! *blush blush*

    2. I am beautiful, elegant and stunning! :D Okay, seriously, I am really quite pretty, a bit of an introvert and a homemaker - by that I mean, I was born to be a wife and mother! (Please feminists do not attack me... It's a personal opinion ooh... It's not for everyone! :D :D :D)

    3. I heard about LMPS directly from God! Hehehehe! I happen to have started it! :D

    4. Hmmm... Three won't really be enough ooh.... But the three that will make me want to find out more if I just glance at a guy would be the way he's dressed, the way he smells and the way he smiles. Now, when I see he's not bad and I can be attracted to him, then we go to the three things that can make the relationship long term... He has to be a man who loves God... A man who is focused - he must have aims, ambitions, a life plan! Because let's face it, if he does not have a plan for his own future, how can I entrust my future and that of my kids to him? (remember we've already established he's a man who takes care of himself - first impression?) And then he must be a kind man - some men are wonderful but they have a hint of wickedness. I want a man who will not hold one fight in his heart for 3 months and bring it up during another fight... A good man! :D

    And, I currently reside in a number of places. My spirit is split in two and is in Nigeria (Lagos) and Nigeria (Calabar) and my body is in UK (Swansea - for those who don't know, that's in Wales!)

    1. right...full name....bodam, if any one calls me any of these (apart from the one i pick), u will b held personally responsible. so my names are Oluwaseun Adebimpe Freda Ayoka Adefoluke Ibidayo Oluwafunmilayo Alalade. nick names: seun, seun mama, seunloski, granma of swansea thanks to ayo MT, erm, i think thats it....for now....oh nd chubby cheeks....jus remembered dat .....well relationship status, i dont dine alone, i is a plus one...oh i miss swansea and d shelling wall....ayo.....local champion! for those that think that was random, well thats jus se moi, but in plain terms, im in a relationship.

    4. apart from the obvious (God loving and fearing), sweet, random, weird.....oh dats me.....welll if ur sweet, u overlook a lot of negativities in life and see the best in everyone and everything. if ur random, well, u never no wat to expect but bcos ur already sweet, i no its gna b thegood random. now being weird jus keeps everything fresh. no boredom or hair pullin due to continuous repetitive occassions......weird brings about fun and yippee....and dats wat i av and extremely happy and grateful to God for.

I'm engaged. Three words to describe me...tall, dark and handsome....oops! tall, dark and...fill in the blank space. heard abt LMPS thru you, Bodam. lol. Ideal man....someone who i can always look up to for help and advice..i.e some1 who wont shun me or shut me up when i'm rambling on.lol some1 who always listens to me. i look for some1 i can call crazy....makes me laugh all day long (some1 whose number1 goal is to love me dieeeee and make me happy as much as he can)...and some1 who will definitely move me closer to God in every way possible. seems like ive even written more than 3....all join sha.
